It is one of a handful of its kind to be found in the city of Toronto and a favourite of the Peruvian community in Canada. The establishment is open for lunch and dinner and specializes in Peruvian cuisine.
Thanks to its pre-Inca and Inca heritage and to Spanish, Basque, African, Sino-Cantonese, Japanese and finally Italian, French and British immigration (mainly throughout the 19th century), Peruvian cuisine combines the flavors of four continents. Peruvian food picks up on many Spanish and Latin themes but separates itself by the unique tastes of Peru's indigenous peppers.
