Peruvian Cocktail Recipe- Pisco Sour
Ingredients:
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 ounces Pisco (Peruvian Brandy, 1 shot glass)
- 6 limes, juice of
- chopped ice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- Beat the egg white and sugar in a blender.
- Add the Pisco, lime juice, ice and angostura bitters.
- Mix well and pour into whiskey sour glasses.
This is the National Drink of Peru and it's delicious and potent!
