Chicha Morada  A refreshing traditional purple Peruvian corn drink.
Chuleta Pork chop

Encebollado Covered with onions (cebollas)
Escabeche de pollo A classic Peruvian dish made with fried chicken breast, marinated in a tangy sauce, served with sweet potatoes, and rice.
